Submit portable freeware that you find here. It helps if you include information like description, extraction instruction, Unicode support, whether it writes to the registry, and so on.

IIRC, I used jPortable with jPortable Launcher.

I was really pleased with v.1.52's upgrade feature. When I copied the old config file into the directory and ran the program, I got the following prompt:

I wish more programs would do that.
