Delphinus Notes

Delphinus Notes is a freeware program designed to keep and manage notes. It contains simple notepad, calendar (with week schedule) and expenditure management module. All data can be encrypted and program can be protected by the password. Program can also show time in 3 time zones, and can indicate the time of sunrise and sunset at specified location. Notes can also be shown directly on the desktop wallpaper.

Delphinus is a freeware 16-bit image processing software with many powerful filtering algorithms. It also allows you to control your camera exposure time through RS-232 (serial) and LPT (parallel) port.

I did not test this one fully. It seems that Delphinus writes settings to a settings.txt file in the application folder but one of the components - LsFileExplorer, writes to the registry @ HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\LdShih .
