Found NetworkPasswordDecryptor & OutlookPasswordDecryptor, both seem Portable so I will test and then add.

But it leaves no traces even if it doesn't find anything for me.

I had the same situation, but I went with the developers reputation and the fact it didn't write anything when launched (which is normally what happens!)
