Universal Extractor has been updated to 1.6

Could you please bump the version number and download links for the new version? All details are on the app's homepage:

By the way, as of version 1.6, Unicode is fully supported, and Windows 9x is NOT supported. Could you also please update the description?

I also just noticed on your FAQ page that you reference Universal Extractor at the top and include instructions for manually updated innounp. As of the 1.6 release, this is no longer necessary as the included version of innounp supports all currently released versions of Inno Setup.

It may not be a bad idea to keep this text there as this could very well change again going forward, but it's not necessary right now.
