Nice software, written in Autohotkey. Lots off commands, hotstrings, scripts etc. are implemented and you can add your own scripts and assign a hotkey for it.
If you can work with Autohotkey you don't need it.
Also has mousegestures, that I personally hate working with.

Pulover's Macro Creator might be a relevant freeware alternative (http://www.portablefreeware.com/forums/ ... hp?t=20730).

I'm mainly interested in its Text Expander features and it performs well so far but I haven't used it for a longer period.
It is not as smart as PhraseExpress but it has many cool features.
Its mouse gesture imo is not as sophisticated as StrokeIt's for example but perhaps it will be better with time.
