Another iPod tool that looked very simple so I was hoping it might be portable. Unfortunately a little research revealed that it requires iTunes 10, which I'm unwilling to install.
Status: untested, but even if saves settings to the app folder, very few Windows computers are going to have iTunes installed on them by default so I would strain to call this portable.
