Patternshop - texture creator

Although this is listed as being for fabric, it could clearly be used for a variety of other operations including graphics, desktop/web backgrounds, etc.

Synopsis:

Patternshop is a tool to create textures for fabric design, functioning in a simple and intuitive way. Import your images into the software and they will repeat instantaneously, adjust proportions, while you arrange them and work in real time. Preview your work in real time, export a high definition matched image, with the texture and desired dimensions.

Got stuck on this test so I'm stashing it in "non-Portable" for now. There might be a way to get it to work via installation, but here's the results of trying to open it via Uniextract:

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.
