Sorry, was too quick with this one... Not Portable. Adds File Governor command to the right-click menu. No option to disable this.

@moderator please move to 'Freeware That Are Not Portable'.

Now at v.1.5.2.0.
In addition to the acceptance of the license, information about the selected language is also saved in the registry.

IMHO, a good program.
