Process Hacker gettingTo substitute allNirsoft mainOS tools

#1 Post by castman »

 Will it happen? How much that happened?

e.g.
CurrProc just for logging now
ServiWin just for logging now
OpenedFilesView just for logging now

...and maybe others...

If I understood correctly your post I don't think it will happen as NirSoft's applications (apart from the odd few) are 100% Portable, this can't be said for Process Hacker, plus NirSoft's applications have a small footprint too.

Process Hacker is the best task manager around in my opinion. System Explorer is also a good one but fails us to give important information that only Process Hacker give us.

I don't know how much the Process Hacker driver is portable but looks like no difficult problem and at least when talking about memory footprint, there are people who don't have this problem (although is a thing too).

Great. I wasn't implying Process Hacker was inferior at all merely answering your question.
