Anyway, did some digging and found out we have two separate private / draft entries for this program:

Compared to CryptTEA claims portability and appears to have some good features and works on Vista+. Some of the entry comments note that there's some question about portability and what encryption is used. If it's (as the name suggests) TEA, that's not ideal.
