is there an app launcher stays on desktop ?

Hi

is there an application launcher like rk launcher ,is there an app launcher like rocketdock,XWindows Dock,rocketdock that has an option to stay always on desktop?

i mean when i click win+d i want to see the dock

rocket is an amazing program but in setting layering i can select always on bottom,normal ,always on top
