Submit a program thats usually part of another program?

I wanted to submit CuteHTML Limited Edition to this site, but it is almost exclusively distributed as part of Globalscape's CuteFTP program.
Its is basically a lightweight HTML editor can be used independently of Cute FTP.


Since this is really lightweight, the features are limited:
Syntax Coloring
Save and reuse Javascripts
Color to hex feature, click the color it inserts the respective hex code
Supports up to 2 tabs/pages.
That's about it.


Its like notepad for HTML basically. You also need to know that it doesn't support spell checking, which is a feature of the 'full version' of CuteHTML.

Are we allowed to distribute it independently?
I should mention that there is also a program called CuteHTML which was previously sold by Globascape but is now no longer being sold.

Although CuteHTML is discontinued, it remains protected under copyright laws and the End User License Agreement.

Ok perhaps I did not make this clear.
There are actually 2 programs created by Globalscape related to CuteHTML.
One of them is called CuteHTML, it is a commercial program that use to be sold until about 2007 when it was discontinued. I am Baas is actually referring to this version. I am not interested in this version.

There is a second version called CuteHTML LE (ie Limited edition) it is basically a free version of CuteHTML that is distributed free with Globalscape's flagship offering called CuteFTP. This is the version I am talking about. It is not available as a separate download, but can actually be used independently of CuteFtp. In fact Globalscape acknowledged them as different programs.

If it's free, I guess you could at least document features, web location, extraction procedure and other portability connected details...

Update: Since I already had CuteHTML LE on my system and had uninstalled CuteFTP a long time ago. I decided to download the latest CuteFTP (version 9) and guess what, its doesn't have CuteHTML LE, go figure
So I guess I seem the have the only CuteHTML LE ?
