Although it mentions conversion to JPG, it will output to a variety of formats (including TIFF). Was trying to find a TIFF file converter (frequently smaller, cuts out unnecessary/unneeded OCR text overlays), but won’t create multi-page TIFF files and the output seemed a little blocky vs. the original PDF file. Does seem to be portable. Not stealth: seems to create Trolltech registry entries.

FWG reviewed a similarly named program that looks a bit better. The program has gone shareware, but there’s a freeware version that might be configurable to portability.
