We have an anti-keylogging program that could presumably defeat Tempest attacks as well, but isn't a lot of fun to type much more than passwords on.

According to this, Zero Emission Pad is quite old (pre-XP) and only affects attacks against CRT monitors, which are largely obsolete. And I can't figure out how its visible only to the naked eye yet invisible to surveillance systems.

I thought Tempest attacks were via electrical signals carried via the power outlet. Evidently its referring to a larger group of electronic attacks.
