How to search for a phrase "new forum members"?

Greets,
I would like to search Forums for the phrase "new forum members".
But I don't yet see how to do that.
Pls, how can I do that?

On a prior thread, one of the responses, mentioned there was an article on rules for signatures. The response mentioned "new forum members". So I wanted to find this mentioned article via "new forum members" +signature.

I tried "new forum members" search and got unsatisfactory results.

OK, thanks. I responded to that particular thread and it appears to be a limitation with phpBB, because users were asking for a "mod plugin."

PhpBB search is indeed quite limited.
