How to run google chrome using JPESetup capture?

I tried many time using JPESetup capture (unofficial tool). but get an error message "C:\Documents and Settings\ikunalsingh\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe is attempting a replaceFile call that jauntePE is not yet equipped to properly redirect."

How to solve this problem..

Help.
