"Cookie Monster is an application that manages cookies created by the most usual Windows browser"

I dont know why anyone would need this for FireFox or Opera but both are supported.
CookieMonster can either sit in the systray and delete cookies on demand or on startrup
has many options,The white list being the most valuable for Chrome users.
Has an info panel for selected cookies,so you are sure what you are doing.
I dont know if it differentiates between extension cookies or not.
I havent had any problems yet so I imagine it does.

till Chrome developes a decent way to manage cookies this seems to work okay

The JPE launcher will only redirect registry entries made by the program

Code:
Extract setup archive with UniExtract.

Place the contents of the "$INSTDIR" folder
inside the "CookieMonster" folder that is
next to the JPE launcher.

You can safely UPX this entire folder (programfiles and all)
down to about 716 KB using the PortableApps' AppCompactor (brute setting)

You can also safely reshack the main exe's icon...its the CookieMonster..I dont know why it looks like Elmo.
