Try adding a Dummy file "portable.txt" in the executable directory and all settings will be saved to an ini file. No need for JauntePE in this case.

Was this already mentioned before on TPFC? Is this documented somewhere on the home page of the application? If so, shame on me!
Anyway, your method does the trick.

The full version of Softmaker 2006 and 2008 is made Portable by running an included app called "USBSTICK.EXE" all it does is create the dummy file. Tried the same method on the viewer and it worked!
