Change history function implemented

I have implemented the change history function.
If you are logged in, click on the "Updated by XXX" hidden link under each entry and see the list of changes made to that function.

Awesome feature Andrew. That should help fight against any malicious updates.

1. Log in
2. Click on the word "Updated" (hidden link)
