To the mods, I have created a new "Recycle Bin" forum that you can move offending messages to. This forum is moderators-only and hidden from non-mods.

Thanks to Queue for this suggestion. He wanted a way to keep track of members who regularly posts offending messages to the forums. I also think it offers the additional advantage of being able to "undelete" messages should the need arises.
