MAJOR bugs found in 0.1.2 release - new 0.1.3 release ready

Yesterday I found a performance-killing bug related to the ModuleExclude and ModuleInclude lists. If you have registry redirection turned off then any entries in those 2 lists is ignored and instead all modules are tested for both registry and file system redirection.

Late last night I found a MAJOR file system redirection related bug that can cause file system redirections to not occur in the manner you specify. It could very well be that the redirections will not occur at all.

So I strongly suggest you move back to the 0.1.1 release of the jauntePE.dll until I can get a new build out. I have found and fixed the bugs here but I need a bit of sleep to clear my head and do some testing. I'll definitely get a new build out within 8 hours, hopefully sooner.

Well, I decided to forgo any further testing for now. So the new 0.1.3 build is now available here.

Unfortunately the geocities bandwidth has already been exceeded for today, so if anyone is willing to provide alternate download locations please pm me with your email and I'll send you a copy. Or just email me directly at yahoo.com, same username.

Thank you redllar, indeed 0.1.2 didn't redirect a file in c:\windows for me, while 0.1.3 does. Good fix!

I have built several portable launchers (%app%_portable.exe). Is it recommended to rebuild these launchers with version 0.1.3?

No. The bugs in 012 were just in the jauntePE dll.
