He's right that there is no international copyright authority yet. The Pirate Bay had
quite a bit of fun with this, telling off a lot of major companies.
However, while I don't think Pirate Bay is innocent, its clear that Martik is just a spineless scammer. If you read his responses up on the first link that
spawned this thread, you can see he's interested in arguing the point to the extent that it serves his interests. He ignores claims that copyright applies to his work, then that copyright applies to him based on where he lives, and finally charges for software while claiming not to make any money.
