i agree with TuneUp Utilities, it was great back in the days.
like many software, they accumulate in size/features and eventually becomes bloat
But with jv16.. they maintained to run a tight ship, and i feel they have improved their product.
- they now have a true 64-bit product, not a 32-bit emulator that runs on a x64bit machine.
- they have maintain the size as minimal as possible considering all the functions it provides.
I do wish they came out with a portable version.

There were similar offers before. Search the forum for jv16 Power Tools. It can be made portable. Also, you can change the License name, open license.xbin with Notepad and change the line "Owner= "

I was virtualizing with Xenofex, which is ok because it stores it's Sandbox cache in the registry.
Now you have freed me from this.
Only you can figure out things like this..

HOW TO MAKE PORTABLE

Thanks to Baas for mentioning this, i went and searched for the original post and found it here:

1. Just install in Sandbox and copy over the files
or
- Install in a Virtual Environment and copy over the files
2. Put the license file you downloaded from the giveaway into the same folder
3. Launch "jv16PT.exe".
Optionally: uncheck automatic updates in settings.
I tested for stealth and it is
It stores the settings in the same folder, you can also move it in "Settings".
