Until Christmas, you can get SoftMaker FreeOffice for free

#273 Post by vmars316 »

Greets,
I got an email today, from the good folks at http://www.softmaker.com/english/ as follows:
Special newsletter
Load and Help: Until Christmas, you can get FreeOffice for free and do good at the same time!
Dear SoftMaker customer:

Christmas comes early this year!

From now until December 24, you can download SoftMaker FreeOffice for Windows and Linux for free – and help needy people at the same time: For every download, SoftMaker donates 10 Euro cents to charity and development projects around the world.

SoftMaker FreeOffice is a full-featured office suite for home and business use. And if you later decide you want even more features, you can switch to its commercial version, SoftMaker Office.

Spread the word! Tell friends and co-workers about our Load and Help 2012 campaign. We want to set a new record for donations this year!

Visit the Load and Help campaign page http://www.loadandhelp.com/

If you love watching movies and you’re looking for an app to help you write down some details on the ones you’ve already seen, Coollector is definitely worth a shot.

Coollector Portable Movie Database is/was in the database. Because its payware now it was downvoted to "Private".

Major Adobe fail! I've downloaded a few of them, but haven't installed it yet. Waiting for Adobe to hopefully clear up the matter. That forum thread has some conflicting responses from Adobe staff.

Adobe CS2 download page is up again and no need to sign in. Seems like it was initially intended for CS2 customers but now they don't care if anyone else downloads and uses it. No official statement whether its actually really free for all but download while its hot.
