I think I killed my router. A new one is ordered and will arive next week.

BTW: My internet activity is 10% TPFC, 90% HDTV-/Moviestreaming and other stuff.

I've got my new router today ... nicer, better, faster ... but I still have these DSL-protocol (PPPoE) problems ... damn
Because of this, my internet connection is automatically forced to disconnect/re-establish nearly every minute ... that's no fun.

So it seems to be a network/line problem which has to be measured (and hopefully repaired) by the German Telekom this Saturday.

At least it wasn't my router, so I have my old router as backup now

No timeouts/disconnection for nearly 12 hours now. I cross my fingers/knock on wood

It's the line (acknowledged by technician) and not my system. They are presently working on this problem.

BTW: I will upgrade to a much better and faster line soon. Presently 16.000 kbit/s to: 100.000 kbit/s
