TCExplorer
TCExplorer is a portable software to import, export, delete, and rename files in TrueCrypt containers without needing admin rights. This is basically a GUI for the wonderful OTFExplorer by tateu. TCExplorer includes OTFExplorer in it already so you do not have to download OTFExplorer separately. It...

FairUse Wizard
Try FairUse Wizard 2.5 LE (google it). It is free. I leaves 3 registry entries and one file somewhere on C:\, but it works portably from one machine to another. You can extract subtitles and 2 language files. XviD is supported natively -- you do not have to install the codec. Encoding is done in 2 p...

Just drop UPX 3.00w into the same directory and away you go. Ther...

It is probably just a directory/file created by the installer. I download the zip file and do not have this prob...

Ad-Aware
"Portablized" Ad-Aware works flawlessly. Ad-Aware normally only creates folders/files in %userprofile% and does not touch the registry so this was not a huge test, but it works. Launching the program is a bit slower (like the other programs I tested above), but it is an acceptable delay kn...

Working Apps

First, I have been following PortableFreeware.com software update and forum in addition to emails to Andrew for more than 18 months now and it is THIS TRHEAD that finally motivated me to register in the forums. In fact, this is my first message. You sh...
