I didn' t test any options 'cause my preferred theme was not recognized; however you' re right, IF you change settings it writes to the registry.

I test it just now with the win XP default theme OUT of the sandbox and the program doesn' t write anything to the registry; if someone with win XP could confirm ... I ran it sandboxed again and I didn' t find any key, in particular HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\eXtra Buttons
