Re: Registerware policy poll
A dev has his reasons to make an App registerware. A user has his reasons to consider it interesting and useful. A registerware is always aware that it's not well accepted or well peferred among similar software; that's the way it is. Every portable and free piece of software deserves a chance to be...

Re: Why Microsoft Windows XP ?
Because I have it stripped down and fine tuned just the way I like it. Its responsive and fast despite my low end hardware specs. My XP is also an nLite stripped down version (from ~600 MB to 159MB) that outspeeds a regular Win7 crap-bloated average machine, even on my 1 GB RAM, 40 GB HD, 1.5 GHz C...

Re: Text Editor Performance Tests

Re: DayDiff broken links
I could not find any android calculator with date mode, TOTAL CALCULATOR was the only one but I found kind of ugly the interface and I had to activate android's immersive mode to be able to see the result at the bottom of the screen. The simplest and nicest that I found was SIMPLE DATE CALCULATOR ju...

Re: Policy question: custom changelogs
> I hear you I hear you too and I read and listen as well, I totally agree about how unprecise and inexact it would be to implement RAM usage specifications for an app on the varios systems, hardware and working scenarios, actually I was meaning to say I'd love to see a visual clue about how similar...

Re: Search and delete
@tactictoe Considering the purpose and the functionality of this beloved creation of yours and me seeing all those command buttons trying to do as much as posible, I just wonder: Isn't it about time for a toolbar or at least some lined up buttons with a clean-and-simple-look glyphicons? btw this is ...

Re: System Restore
here's my 2 cents: I have 3 partitions: 1. System (with irretrievably installable stuff) 2. Apps (Portable of course whether natively, pafed, yaPed or 5Virtualized- Mostly freeware of course) 3. Data: The whole mess of stuff organized (from pictures to critical projects). SYSTEM gets imaged as soon ...

Re: Sort Database by Uncompressed Size of App
+1 vote here too to be able to sort by UNCOMPRESSED SIZE plus as I mentioned a while back I would love to see (~Memory Footprint) aside or below the Uncompressed Size so as to be able to compare performance of tiny apps which results in nimbleness and productivity.
