MD5 Summer may still qualify

roddersg already reported on the program:

But you can tell the program NOT to associate with .MD5 files. Not sure if his post was clear on that point.

This program seems portable from all I can tell. I haven't checked registry entries but I've moved it between several computers and had no issue.
