Today I came Accross RSS Bandit.
Like the name indicates it is a RSS reader.
This application is not downloadable as ZIP version but when you install it you find in the help file the instruction to make the software portable under the advanced topics section.

I've tried this software and it seems to work when you extract the setupfile with universal extractor.
