Re: Wox - keyword launcher

Flow Launcher looks very simular to wox , made in dotnet I believe, claims to be portable (has setting "store data in app folder") - has plugins (incl one that works with Everything) Website https://www.flowlauncher.com/ Code https://github.com/Flow-Launcher/Flow.Launcher Pretty heavy dow...

Re: Clipguru 2.0

I don't have anything against this app as such, but I've briefly tested it and found it a bit buggy (Win10) and for some reason or another it wouldn't "capture" images or richtext - could be me of course, but the built-in help doesn't work as it is online only - I've added a link to it in ...

Re: Notes - cross platform (Win/Mac/Lin) note application

The Kanban view (in development) is looking nice https://github.com/nuttyartist/notes/pull/574

Folding could be useful, if you're keen on it you could suggest it on GH.

manuskript - Open-source tool for writers (Win/MacOS/Linux)

Tested only briefly, I don't see anything to suggest it isn't fully portable and doesn't add any data in %appdata% or my documents manuskript - http://www.theologeek.ch/manuskript/ Downloads & Instructions https://github.com/olivierkes/manuskript/releases (Similar category to Celtx https://www....

I posted a question on the GH issue with some suggestions (portable.txt or portable.ini in the app folder)...

Notes - cross platform (Win/Mac/Lin) note application

Notes (July 2023: not yet portable, but work in progress) Looks like a snappy note app Website https://www.get-notes.com/ and https://github.com/nuttyartist/notes - https://github.com/nuttyartist/notes/releases Although there is a release called "portable" I don't think it works yet as th...

Re: DatePickerGO - Pop-up calendar app for quickly insert of dates

You could add a checkbox so the user can pick

[ ] copy to clipboard only

or radio buttons

( ) copy to clipboard
( ) paste date directly

(With &letter you can keep using the keyboard for these checkbox/radio buttons)

Re: AutoHotkey

Keep tracking the v2 branch, it includes a launcher that tries to detect the version, if it thinks it is the v1 branch it will offer to download it. Most code on the AutoHotkey forum and elsewhere is v1, but the detection of the launcher is fairly accurate - I suspect that those that follow AutoHotk...

Re: Any free up-to-date caller ID via TAPI software?

I know nothing about it, but if you do happen to know AutoHotkey - there are some experiments here https://www.autohotkey.com/board/topic/99366-tapi-experiments/ incl. caller ID it seems. Note that you need AutoHotkey v1.1+ not version v2 https://www.autohotkey.com/download/ If you get AutoHotkey er...

You can I think, edit the "Global override and "Default Style" font names/size values in the style folder of the XML you're using e.g. style\bespin.xml - close, restart and it should work. (not the easiest method of course)
