PDF Forms Designer (Requires Java)

Hi folks long time no see. :D I found this program not too long ago and thought it might be useful to others: I know there are online PDF form creators but I have little trust in them. http://i.imgur.com/5z72LSo.jpg You can create interactive PDF forms that you can fill in and save. It can have a nu...

Re: Submit a program thats usually part of another program?

Ok perhaps I did not make this clear. There are actually 2 programs created by Globalscape related to CuteHTML. One of them is called CuteHTML, it is a commercial program that use to be sold until about 2007 when it was discontinued. I am Baas is actually referring to this version. I am not interest...

Submit a program thats usually part of another program?

I wanted to submit CuteHTML Limited Edition to this site, but it is almost exclusively distributed as part of Globalscape's CuteFTP program. Its is basically a lightweight HTML editor can be used independently of Cute FTP. http://i.minus.com/ibh3fqKROz3juy.jpg Since this is really lightweight, the f...

Re: WYSIWYG Web Builder (Tiny WebPage Builder)

Whoops sorry. My definition of portability is a bit more lenient then it should be. :P So should it be moved to Freeware That Are Not Portable? Sorry about the nag screen I had the program on my PC for a long time. I guess I forgot about the nag screen, as its didn't nag me when I took the screensho...

Re: PRISM

I like how people are up in arms over PRISM despite the fact it's been known for years that governments are doing this but at the same time they are happy to post their entire life and enough data for a full psychological evaluation on Facebook and are happy to have Google track everything they do ...

Re: Dead man's switch

Those of you who have been following the adventures of Edward Snowden may have already heard that he has given encrypted copies of undisclosed secret documents to a bunch of people. And in the event that he dies or goes to jail those documents will be unencrypted. He basically has some form of death...

Re: PRISM

Hi guys long time no post. :D I just wanted to add an interesting update. Apparently if you use Tor or other encryption mechanisms get ready for the NSA to be interested in what you're up to. Also sometime back the NSA said that as long as you are a US resident you shouldn't worry as they will not m...

Re: Why use a password manager?

@ Midas Yes even I like PRISM better than it formal name. The simple choice is we can either live with the snooping or live with more terrorism/crime. It's a fine line. Oh dear I don't know where you got that from but I don't think it is entirely accurate to say the least. We are not just ta...

Re: Why use a password manager?

Oh ok.. It's just there are people out there who have weird views about computer security like one guy who 'doesn't need a firewall' and another guy who lost a lot of money due to the Zeus Trojan and wondered how it was possible because he already had a firewall( :?: ) As for PRISM I'm not surprised...

Re: Why use a password manager?

Bearing in mind that the only truly safe system is a completely physically (in the scientific sense) isolated one, my approach to computer safety is somewhat minimal but heavily layered. I avow that I worry more about G-Men and their agencies antics then about crackers, who are chiefly after financ...
