That's not a generic title, that's the actual title of the game (or genre of games). They're HIGHLY addictive and while the original versions were written in java, there are stand-alone applications that I don't think they even write any settings out, but to be honest, I haven't checked the registry...

Yep, just extracted to my desktop. Those files were created within the extracted directory once the program exited. I changed a few settings inside just to make sure.

Judging only by the name, I'd say it relies upon .NET framework to run which makes it unsubmittable here at TPFC. .NET = non-portable.

By its very nature, it modifies the registry for the context menu handlers. That in itself is not portable.
