I consider CudaText as app, which is better than SynWrite. And it should be on site, like SynWRite.

Please rename topic to "CudaText" w/o space in it.

No I cannot see this bug-Can't fix so. XP clean install is ok here (installed Synwrite.exe)
Any DLL conflict? Python installation?

6.8.1520 is pretty brisk doing searches
My only carp about synwrite was speed ...
Afair, search speed was not fixed in 6.8, 6.5 till 6.8 add value to UI.
