Interesting how many non framework type apps still rely on a bunch of DLL's, and a bunch of other Dependancies. See: http://www.portablefreeware.com/resources.php
I wonder why .NET simply can be a listed dependancy?

Well it indicates that he basically tests on a bare bones install of XP, and one can assume with all the latest SP's and hotfix's, which would include the .NET framework so in theory it would work... IMHO, it would be just silly to not include any .NET based applicaitons since .NET is pushed out via...
