It reminds me of Conky on Linux. However, the only way to turn it off is to reboot the system. (It doesn't even show up in the Task Manager, so you can't kill it from there.) It needs an option to "terminate".

Since then, I've discovered that it has some flaws. I've configured it to be at the lower right side of my screen always "on top" and out of the way of anything I am doing or reading. I found a flaw, this clock will after a while just disappear and be gone. It will have to be restarted and will stay for a day, and then gone again.

There is no configuration for it to stop showing or end the operation, and yet, it does.
