It reminds me of Conky on Linux. However, the only way to turn it off is to reboot the system. (It doesn't even show up in the Task Manager, so you can't kill it from there.) Since then, I've discovered that it has some flaws. I've configured it to be at the lower right side of my screen always "on top" and out of the way of anything I am doing or reading.  I found a flaw, this clock will after a while just disappear and be gone.
