Innounp version 0.36 supports unpacking version 5.4.2 Inno Setup installers.

I renamed it to Artweaver and created the .ini file. Seems to run just fine! I guess the {embedded} directory contains license files and so forth; not necessary to run the program. Very nice!

You need to use Universal Extractor (*) to make a "somewhat" portable installation all by your own.

(*) I tried to extract it with 7z instead of UE but it didn't work for the current installer.
