Clavier allows you to create global keyboard shortcuts for launching programs/websites, opening folders, inserting text strings etc. Shortcuts can be set using almost any key combination, including the Windows key. Useful for frequently used sites/programs as well as unique foreign-language characters (e.g. Æ, Ç, etc).
Clavier supports relative paths for maximum portability.

Just tried this, sounds good. I'm currently using ActiveKeys, which I have been using to replace WinKey...
Unfortunately, Clavier uses 2mb of RAM straight up, whereas AK only uses just over 600kb...
If memory can be reduced, then I will use it no worries. But at least it's free and portable!
