RegScanner scans the Windows registry for values that match a specific search criteria and displays them in one single list for editing and viewing. No longer do you have to press F3 indefinitely to locate the right value. The list can also be exported into a .REG file that can be used in RegEdit.

v2.35
my mistake, I was referring to registryfinder
v2.35
2.36 is latest version released
v2.35
Great program. Use this all the time to track down specific registry entries.
v2.06
RegScanner 2.05 released.
v2.04
I've been using this program for so long I didn't realize how dependent on it I'd become. I had to use the default registry program that comes with Windows and found it very cumbersome. If you work with the registry, you probably need this.
v2.04
Many programs, even portable ones, leave behind a lot of registry data that is much easier to trace thanks to RegScanner. Ever since I started using it I've seldom edited my registry without it.
v1.95
This program works with Vista retail too (run as admin and/or with UAC set to auto-elevate, etc). It's also much easier than RegEdit's F3 search, and has sophisticated filtering. Thanks for this good tool.
This is awesome. Easily list all the registry keys you're looking for AND a nice suprise was the ability to create a delete .reg file for easy batch removal of entries. Excellent for cleaning out all those old entries that not even the best 'registry cleaners' will miss. Just make sure you know what you're doing.
This version (v2.50) doesn't acknowledge my regscanner.ini... Doesn't even create a new one either. Going back to the preview version works fine though.
