Jammywanks: This program is terrible, its difficult to use, the author makes it a pain to learn. You can't easily add tracks to cue sheets and did I mention its terrible? The developer of this application needs to quit programming. [2006-09-08 13:09]
Tony: haven't installed the program yet so can't say if good or terrible, in any case looking forward to evaluating the "performance" of mr. Jammywanks, who sounds to be a master in programming and developing sw. Don't know what the developer should do but I'm sure mr. Jammywanks needs attending several politeness and good manners lessons.
PS I'm not the programmer neither know him. [2006-11-24 02:51]
Buckster: I think this program is a joy to use. If you want to prune the ends of an mp3 or just save a section out of the middle, it's as easy as cut-n-paste. I would recommend it to anyone. [2007-01-28 23:51]
PeterM: The program is fairly simple & effective to use and
it does its job well.
One thing that could be looked at is whether optimal frames
for cutting could be flagged up in a different color as
cutting in the wrong place produces a glitch in the sound. [2007-02-27 07:07]
Bill: Easy to use program (as noted by people who've actually used it). It does what it's supposed to do and that's to cut up mp3's in whatever chunks you need them to be cut up into. I wish the developer would make one for video's that was this easy or give lessons. [2007-02-27 17:04]
Mark: Took about two minutes to learn how to use it. Very elegant, useful program. Handy for cutting out the spoilers they put at the start of audio books .... [2007-03-06 02:13]
Matthew: The prog works perfectly well. What Jammywanks needs to do
is shutting up. [2007-03-30 04:15]
tesi: I think this program is a joy to use. [2007-04-09 08:49]
Miamuy: works as "advertised", nothing more, nothing less, thanks for the great find :-) [2007-06-22 08:26]
PeterM: Re: my previous comment
The problems I had with glitches in the sound related to
cutting sections in my MP3 files. These were Constant Bit
Rate MP3s. I found that VBR files were more tolerant to
cutting so I have switched to using variable bit rate. [2007-08-23 06:35]
DJ: Useful and small program. Works fine and it is simple to use. No problems founded here. [2007-08-26 08:00]
Jia: No difficulty with this program doing what it says.
We all hope another soft still better from the becoming famous now Jammywanks. Could he answer, please? Let him know, mister moderator. [2007-11-09 01:53]
Ronco: Great little program -- simple, I use it constantly, no problems. Well done. [2007-11-10 04:35]
Saul: I love that it doesn't reencode the file. Used it for splitting and trimming long mp3 recordings. I did spend a little time figuring out how to do some things but was just glad it did what it was supposed todo. [2007-11-10 05:34]
dMark: Just the splitter I was looking for. Small footprint, easy and intuitive to use, and works fast. Thanks! [2007-12-30 22:47]
george55: I use it constantly, no problems. [2008-04-02 12:51]
Tala: Very handy, works great. Took me five minutes to get used to a few things, this is definitely one to keep. [2008-05-11 23:44]
jiten: very usefull programe
simpale for use and works fast
thanks [2008-09-10 04:05]
Ian: I've been using this program for about 4 months (non-portable version) to speedily edit the output of my Zoom H2 digital recorder. I can edit an hour-long MP3 to source for a CD in less than 5 minutes using this software. If you need to trim and splice MP3 files FAST, without conversion issues, get this IMMEDIATELY [2008-10-08 11:17]
ThirteenClocks: Best program for this particular job. Simple to use and accurate when you figure out how to use it, which took me about five minutes. For more demanding jobs, Audacity is the one. For quick trimming, this is it. [2009-06-16 12:23]
Billy: This program is a great tool for cutting out sections of an mp3. BTW, it's not a music editing program, so don't think of adding tracks or fancy loops. Great for producing tones for your phone [2009-09-12 05:56]
