shifuimam: This is a really excellent application. I'm working on finding someone who can translate the help file so people know a little more about it.
One word of warning : If you shut down Stickypaper through the Windows Task Manager, you'll lose any unsaved stickies. Just to be save, right-click on a sticky and hit "save" before you exit the program. [2007-01-04 12:58]
Diamond Chan: Amazing! a wonderful software with scriptable system that users can add functions themselves.
It would be great if the HELP files are in english. [2007-02-18 23:07]
Duffy: Nice software, but after restarting, my papers all turn black. can anybody help..? [2007-03-23 13:31]
Skidlz: I found that shift + click will let you draw on stickies :).
I don't know if others found that but I thought I would share.
Also you can translate http://www.pentacom.jp/pentacom/bin/paperhelp/index.html with the google language tool. [2007-03-23 18:42]
Pief: @ Duffy; I also have the same problem. Maybe it's got something to do with your system? I use XP. Somehow the program doesn't seem to store the colours it in the .ini file [2007-03-28 12:07]
Art: the only problem with this brilliant piece of software is that all notes are deleted on system crash [2008-02-28 07:32]
Kingnow: has anybody found a solution for the turning to black problem? [2008-09-18 01:59]

For more general topics (eg. whether apps that write to the registry, leave traces on the host machine, rely on certain versions of IE etc. can be considered portable), please post to the Portable Freeware Discussion forum. If your virus scanner has detected a virus in the application, please email the author directly or post to the forum. Note that false positives (i.e. flagging a virus when there is actually none) are extremely common for virus scanners. When in doubt, try an online scanner like Online Malware Scanner or VirusTotal, which scans files using multiple anti-virus engines. It is very likely to be a false positive if only a few engines raise the red flag.
