 Zerothis: This game works on Linux also despite the author's insistence to the contrary. Install wine then double click the installer. Remember where the game is installed. Now install ags and patches.pat for Linux from http://drevil.warpcore.org/ags/ . The author creates AGS 2.72 or later only for ubuntu from ubuntu.com (though you an try another flavor of Linux if you like). 2.71 or earlier should work with other Linux distros. Copy ags, ags-setup, and patches.pat to the directory where KQ2+ is installed. Now drag the KQ2VGA.exe using Ctrl+Shift and drop it in the same folder. This creates a symbolic link. Rename the link to ac2game.dat. run ags-setup in the directory, save your options (fullscreen is fastest and stablest if your system will run it so), exit ags-setup. Run ags in the directory.
