Taginator is a program that allows you to batch write MP3 Tags for multiple MP3 files at once. Assuming that all your files are named in a standard format, you give Taginator a format template and it extracts the needed information from the file name. For example, if all your files have the name format "Artist - Title.mp3" then you can give Taginator the file name template "%Artist% - %Title%". It will then extract the correct information and write the MP3 tag for the file.
Note that Taginator requires MSVBVM60.DLL to function.

Can anyone else confirm this? I cannot replicate this behaviour, and Taginator does not appear to preserve the settings at all i.e. everytime I run it, all the settings are reset.
very interesting i could of used this when i converted to mp3, and manually typed the tags just for my mp3 player :P, it also appears to be opensource.. but it certainly does write to the registry; taginator > (one section) formats (25 items) .. i have reason to believe it's because it was written in vb because i searched with regscanner and there's other programs listed in the 'VB and VBA Program Settings' regkey.. i.e. crapcleaner, dogwaffle..
It seems to write seetings to the registry under the following key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VB and VBA Program Settings\Taginator
Not a big deal. Just get Registry Rapper (google search for version 1.8) and this will do the trick.
