Uno is the PC version of the classical card game, where you play with computer players. You can choose between two to four players, use standard rules or repeat draw etc.

Version 1.5 - October 31, 1999 Code cleaning Bug fix, player now automatically refreshes the deck when it runs out Version 1.6 - December 19, 1999 Massive Code cleaning Artwork changed to make red card values |
Found a bug:
If you are in Repeat Draw mode AND you are the one drawing the cards AND the deck runs out, the game does NOT auto shuffle and replenish the draw pile.
The pile does refresh properly if one of the computer opponents empties it.
I should add that this bug effectively kills that hand/game because there is nothing you can do to proceed besides starting a new game.
Dead link. Couln't find any alternative link.
Too bad the link to the game is dead!!:-(
I've been using Uno Freeware by Claude Toupin for a while.
Haven't just checked, it does write to the registry, so its not exactly stealth, but I'm running it off my USB drive, so its probably technically "portable." And I still see it places for download:

Not sure if anyone is still lookin' for an alternative, but there ya have it. :)
All links are dead.
human is right. looks like the author has been bamboozled by leechers. couldn't the poor guy just upload the files to something like rapidshare?
Found uno 1.6 at http://www.lupopensuite.com/db/uno.htm
Ammendment to prior comment; Mobius's bug is fixed UNO 1.6 at this address.
this would rule if it were a networked game.
