Qmmp (Qt-based MultiMedia Player) is a feature-rich player with support for most popular audio formats, global hot-keys, and various included sound enhancements. The program uses the familiar 3-window structure with spectrum analyzer, a 10-band equalizer, and playlist similar to Winamp.
The program includes tremendous skin support, including thousands from Winamp and the XMMS project.
Supports format conversion, visualization, lyrics, cover art, CUE sheets, tray control, CDDB and ReplayGain support, removable device detection and more. Also supported is a variety of plugins for stereo correction, crossfade, stereo-to-mono, etc.
Cross-platform (FreeBSD, Linux) and available in 26 world languages. A PortableApps version is also available.

Why do we another music player and that too which looks like WinAMP?

Nice little player. The website has a page with plugins, but it's slightly misleading. The "Qmmp Plugin Pack" download directs to the player itself, and the others require building from source/installed dependencies.

@Realist, I believe the more we have the better they will all get or they go away, after all competition makes the world go round. I would agree if all are the exact same then it is a waste, but coders usually try and add something more useful that the last version doesn't have. Just my thoughts. :)
