[Anonymous] MidasIs there a reason this isn't getting updated anymore? It seems like perfectly good portable freeware... [2008-09-18 03:27]

[Anonymous] Martin K.The partial track ripping never worked right and it didn't even name the files appropriately. [2009-02-27 00:46]

[Anonymous] CharleeStill a classic favorite, thanks for keeping it alive! [2009-11-15 17:04]

[User] freakazoidWhomever updated this listing forgot to note that the new beta download doesn't use a ZIP package, it uses an installer; the installer can be extracted with Universal Extractor.

[User] guinnessThere is no change log on the site and the one included in the directory is from 2006. The obvious change I can see is on the About box there has been 2 new developers added. [2009-11-16 12:45]

[Anonymous] the thursty oneThis threw an "the application failed to initialize properly"... error on XP SP3. Previous version worked fine. [2009-11-16 18:36]

For more general topics (eg. whether apps that write to the registry, leave traces on the host machine, rely on certain versions of IE etc. can be considered portable), please post to the Portable Freeware Discussion forum. If your virus scanner has detected a virus in the application, please email the author directly or post to the forum. Note that false positives (i.e. flagging a virus when there is actually none) are extremely common for virus scanners. When in doubt, try an online scanner like Online Malware Scanner or VirusTotal, which scans files using multiple anti-virus engines. It is very likely to be a false positive if only a few engines raise the red flag.
