QTranslate is a front-end for various translation websites (including Google Translate, Microsoft Translator, Babylon, Prompt, SDL and Yandex) and dictionary services (including Google Search, Wikipedia, Babylon Dictionary, WordReference, ImTranslator and Multitran). Open the main window to enter or paste text (up to 100 characters), or simply select text and press a hotkey for a popup translation window. The program also has the ability to speak text and do a web search.
Although the hotkeys can be modified, by default:
- Show the translation window: CTRL+Q (press CTRL twice for the main window)
- Speak text: Ctrl+E
- Perform a web search: Ctrl+W

I'v found bug, like I wont translation be open in 30 sec and it closed after a few sec maybe 3sec !!
And why is Start with Windows unclickable ??
BTW I'v update internet with no respons of my settings
