KeyTweak v2.3.0

Andrew Lee on 12 Feb 2013

KeyTweak is a simple utility that allows users to redefine their keyboard input signals by modifying the Windows registry. It can revert your layout to the default settings as well as warn you of some potentially dangerous modifications before they are put into effect.

Possible uses for this program (from the author): "Maybe you have an old keyboard and you really miss having a "Windows" key. Maybe you are used to using a different keyboard and you keep hitting the wrong key. Maybe you know that you are going to be doing a lot of numerical data entry and would like to change your Num Pad + key into a Tab key for a little while. How about changing Scroll Lock into a Mute button?"

Works wonderfully -- very lucky to have this. Many Thinkpads have two browser "forward" and "backward" keys sitting next to the arrow keys I was constantly bumping. This program remapped them to something both useful and non-destructive if I accidentally bumped them (volume controls).
