Fullscreen Photo Viewer is a program designed for high-quality viewing of high-resolution pictures. It renders the image using advanced scaling algorithm to fit the resolution of your monitor, supports most common graphics formats, and can open images recursively (e.g. z:\images\01, z:\images\02, etc.).

Includes experimental 3D image and TGA file format view capability.

You can turn those off by pressing the keyboard 'F11', rodger123...

Not too shabby,dont like the close button or the left right arrows but it works well,images larger than your screen resoultion wont be shown fullscreen.
