Useful small footprint PDF splitting tool.

Only would wish for slightly more specific changelogs, beside the usual, non-descript
"fixed some bugs"...;-)

Well this has been here a very long time, this program has worked fine for my uses.I was looking for an older version from the website I found in Japanese, the problem was many of the Japanese words are spelled wrong which changes the meaning. :D

I'm amused to see how SepPDF keeps fixing bugs but not offering JoinPDF (or whatever it's name is) for FREE as I continue to be productive in my basic needs with FaxTool since looooong ago. *shrug*
